  Kevin and his entire team have provided GREAT, SUPER, SPECTACULAR property management services for me. I have a single townhouse that they are in charge of for me in Cartersville. The tenants he finds are always well qualified, pay their rent, and take pretty good care of the property - plus it never sits vacant for more than a couple of weeks just for "turnaround" time. He has been a savior for me - I used to have to do it all on my own, BUT, the fees I pay him are WORTH every single penny. HIGHLY Recommend Blue River Property Management for any of your Property Management needs.
